A commanding, luminous portrayal of the monarch butterfly — a species whose beauty is inseparable from its quiet defiance. The vivid orange of its wings serves as both seduction and warning, a natural signal of the toxicity it carries, survival encoded in colour.
Set against a deep, atmospheric ground, the butterfly appears almost suspended between worlds, delicate yet powerful, transient yet enduring.
