The barn owl has long been a symbol of intuition, hidden knowledge and the ability to see what others cannot. A creature of darkness, it moves silently through the night, making it a natural messenger for the Eclipse Collection, a guide through moments when the familiar world is temporarily obscured.
Behind the owl, the black eclipse is encircled in gold, transforming the moment of darkness into something sacred. The eclipse represents transition, revelation and the temporary extinguishing of light , a threshold between what was and what is yet to emerge. The gold corona suggests that even at the point of greatest darkness, light is still present, waiting at the edges.
The owl is surrounded by a halo of white moths, creatures irresistibly drawn towards light. Moths symbolise transformation, surrender, instinct and the soul’s search for illumination. Their circular movement echoes the eclipse itself, almost like a celestial ritual unfolding around the owl. Their fragility contrasts with the owl’s stillness: while they are compelled to move towards the light, the owl already possesses the ability to navigate the dark.
The burning tree stump beneath its feet introduces a more ominous element. Fire represents destruction, purification and renewal, while the severed tree suggests something that has already been lost or brought to an end. Yet the owl remains calmly perched upon it — a witness to destruction rather than a victim of it. It speaks of the wisdom gained from surviving endings and standing within change without being consumed by it.
Finally, the vivid pink aura around the owl separates it from the darkness and marks it as something more than an ordinary animal — a luminous intermediary between the earthly and celestial worlds.
