As they are mostly nocturnal as it’s too hot to come out during the day in the Desert, this inspired me to put the night sky/Universe as a backdrop. Sadly Fennec Fox populations appear to be at risk. They are not only suffering from habitat loss, but they are often hunted throughout the Sahara, making them rare in parts of Northwestern Africa.
