This piece was inspired by how beautiful women are often cursed or turned to stone in Greek mythology, and one of our most beautiful creatures is the Snow Leopard. In a way it too is also cursed for it’s beauty as it’s been hunted to near extinction for its amazing silver fur, and also to be used traditional Asian medicine.
