This piece features the Amur Leopard, of which there are only estimated to be 70 left in the wild. Stunningly beautiful, I consider these cats ‘Divine’, and almost ethereal as there are so few left
They are almost like mythical creatures. This is why I depicted the leopard disappearing into the ether, one spot at a time, to hint at their plight.
