This piece depicted the highly endangered 'Red Wolf', which also influenced the title of the piece. This print is also featured in Louise McNaught's Best Selling book called 'Survival', which was released worldwide in 2018 by Big Picture Press (see extra photos). This book is also sponsored by TUSK which recieve a percentage of sales to go towards helping these endangered animals. Such a stunningly beautiful animal, that is shown slowly ebbing away in upward drips. There are thought to be only around 300 left in the wild now. Painted in hyper-realism to show the stunning patternation in the fur of this canine, contrasted against a soft blue. Wolves traditionally symbolise family, loyalty and Spirit, which is echoed in the ethereal way the animal has been depicted here...
