Giclee on Somerset Velvet 330 gsm Paper, Edition of 25, 60x60cm.
Consume is commenting on pop culture and consumerism, summed up in an artificially coloured pink doughnut. In nature brightly coloured animals like tree frogs are brughtly coloured to warn animals not to consume them as they may be poisonous. Mankind does the opposite of nature by adding artificial colours to food to make it more aesthetically pleasing for the masses, even though it is being laced with things that are bad for us like sugar, artificial sweetners, e-numbers etc...
We offer two beautiful framing choices on our artwork, of either a 38mm flat white natural wooden grain frame with a white mount backing and plexiglass, or a 38mm black flat natural wooden grain frame, with black mount backing and plexiglass. These modern choices compliment the artwork perfectly and suit most decors. We can also deliver framed prints overseas with the 'plexi-glass overseas' option (postage included).
