Front Cover of Earth Island Journal Magazine! (Summer 2019)

My painting called 'Freak Show' of a deformed White-Tail Deer's antlers was specially commissioned for the front cover of Earth Island Journal Magazines Summer Edition (U.S). The feature story is all about how White Tailed Deer stags are artificially bred in farms for the most amount of points on their antlers for game hunting, to the extent the antlers look deformed and are often too heavy for the deer's necks. I felt very honoured that my art was used to highlight such an important issue in such a respected journal. You can read the article here:
